Same with the SD card.
Have you even seen the size of the 2 in 1 adapters? They are so big that to have them hanging out of the usb port is risking damage to the phone itself. Not to mention the sheer inconvenience.
Sure you could get cloud storage,but good luck accessing your music/files when you're travelling or when you don't have network. And who wants to add another monthly subscription service, when an easy, cheaper alternative already exists.
Defending OEMs who remove perfectly good features in the name of progress or whatever is what I don't understand

            Now it will be more expensive than last year

              I get everyone's complaint that there is no sd card slot even though it's probably going to be a budget phone...sd card slot should be there, it is helpful in some scenarios...
              But the fact everyone is fighting over jack is kind of pointless to me...coz 99.99% companies on there flagships and midranger have removed jack...and it's not like they are going to listen to user and bring it back...so accept the fact about Jack and move on...but fight for sd card.

                They removed the optical DVD burner and this crap uses nano SIM instead of a full size SIM card.
                The bigger the better babyyy. Size matters.
                Garbage phone.
                I think I'll stick with my Motorola StarTAC.

                    KaiXynos, 14 May 2024My opinion is that many people complain about the absence o... moreIts because the people disagreeing and arguing a literal braindead point that dont like to accept actual facts and truth, have to throw their dummies out and just troll going "wheres my headphone jack" when they probably are usung a galaxy phone or iphone. That or they literally like just burning money infront of themselves or something or must be about 80 years old and are so stubborn they need a problem.

                    Ignoring the type C port, the fact portable ssds are faster, more capacity and cheaper, that the usb 2.0 speeds are faster than £100 micro sd cards that what ive just checked, AGAIN, is between 100mb to 160mb speeds (highest i saw was a 64gb card at £50 with 190mb speeds). Also ignoring cloud, the fact you can pay £80 a year for 2tb of storage, that can be shared among 5 people (so £16 each for what, 200gb each, thats what about £80 for a card that size which is slower and if it breaks goodbye data), has dark web protection and protection with your address, phone number and all other personal info (that im actually doing with google one right this actual second that people vote down when you say, braindead like i say), get 24/7 customer support, deals on products/holidays and will have a vpn till june (they're removing it, atleast ive had it for like 2 years now constantly on), yoy know a couple of reasons to get cloud but again people hate this for some reason?

                    Absolute insanity, it is hilarious though 😂😂😂😂

So no the jack wasnt the main reason, the main reason is the powerful SoC, 12 bit dolby vision screen and usually good storage/ram choices for cheap to get these phones (which is still the reason). Madness people still go on about the jack when its in thw type C port that can do literally everything you need lol, ignorance is bliss i guess.

Honestly I p... moreMy opinion is that many people complain about the absence of the 3.5mm jack when you can buy a type C to jack adapter? Oh about charging while listening. Then buy a 2-in-1 version; that's simple enough. And why bother adding an extra third camera for macro? I mean, macro can also be achieved by making some minor tweaks to both cameras to create a macro lens like the iPhone do.

                                    They removed headphone jack, no point buying this. Only reason of buying Poco F5 was headphone jack paired with decent processor for cheap. But that's not the case with F6.

Not to mention that a USB 3.0 port is less than a dollar, so i really dont see why its so hard to upgrade midrangers to it.

                                        Honestly I prefer buy POCO F5 or Note 12 Turbo, better than POCO F6
