My honest review on poco f4 after 1 year of use-
The display is amazing and performance is very smooth. the camera is good with 4k60fps and OIS but main and front facing sucks would recommend using gcam for nicer shots. The battery backup is not too good only getting 5.5-6 hrs of normal use and 3.5-4 hrs of gaming with 120hz refresh rate. The stereo speaker is loud and clear. Mic quality is also good. 67w charger and gaming will heat up your device. Fingerprint scanner is useless doesnt work most of the time. Had no connectivity issue. HyperOS has some nice customization features but you might encounter some bugs. So, if you are a media consumer and want smooth overall performance it is a great phone. If you want better camera and battery, this might not be an ideal phone for you. You can use this phone for gaming but i wont recommend as it drains battery so quickly.

Don't upgrade to HyperOS, wait until it is stable, because it is a new OS, even though it is only a minor change from MIUI, but it has become Xiaomi's trademark, every new update means the same as bringing new problems.

Shou... moreYou have nothing to lose, Hyper OS is better optimized, also takes up less storage space and has some important security updates. My provider doesn't support 5G, so I am on LTE most of the time and it's plenty fast for what I do.
