Ishrak, 28 Mar 2024hi, i rencetly bought a used quantum 2 to for my father ... moreConsider exchanging it with a phone with older android version if you still want the 6gb version OR any matching devices with 8gb of ram, in most cases the android 11 or older are still fine with 6gb however the android 12 and later may lag over time(8gb is more recommend for this case)

i rencetly bought a used quantum 2 to for my father in law after watching reviews. after latest one ui update it became so sluggish. its the 6\128gb edition. have no idea what to do now.

A sad day for me, my phone quantum 2 finally got 1 purple line screen issue. Hayss well it's been almost 2years to me. Phone still smooth af.

I am in South Korea. I have had this phone for almost 3 years. After approximately 2.5 years My phone screen started flickering thin green lines across horizontally every once in awhile. After a few weeks the screen went black. The next day I took it into Samsung service center and they replaced the screen and battery. A new screen and a new battery cost me about half the price of the phone. It took me about 30 minutes total time to have the phone repaired. The phone is currently on Android version 14 and one UI version 6.0. This phone has worked well for me and the battery lasts all day long. I haven't had any problems with charging. I use a 25 Watt charger, it charges very quickly. I've been very satisfied with this phone I don't have any complaints. I thought the price for a new screen and a battery were reasonable and if I can get another two years out of it the price is very reasonable.

Anonymous, 05 Nov 2023I'm using the s20 plus and I have the same thing on my... moreA72 since new... since google tossed google music app and went with youtube music app with no background play screen had to app opened the entire time.... this was for about an hour or 2 per day at while driving every day for about 6 months before i learned chrome in desktop mode allows you to lockscreen and play .... on even a slightly light screen i can still see time bar and even the you tube music clear as if i was in the app itself...Ita called screen burn and we should start a class action against google for burning our screens...

A green line pops up out of nowhere on my screen for an unknown reason, my phone was never dropped or overcharged. I guess this was an issue for many samsung devices
