M series used to be with bigger battery, with only 5000 mah battery, why would i choose this phone if no significant price difference with samsung A55, A55 seems better. Or otherwise i would choose another chinese brand with specs way better with the same price.

Looks like Samsung decided to be a luxury mobile phone maker. Other than their S and fold/flip models, I don't see a reason for someone to look Samsung for a mid/low-end phone. Look at their A55 pricing, you can get a top-end spec phone from other Chinese brands. Samsung used to be a Value for money maker

Samsung should have given more better processor than 7 gen 1 , This year they are not improving the specifications but just pouring old wine in new bottle.This is simply cheating with customers who don't know about technical stuff about phones.. Even poco can afford 7 plus gen 2 and 8 gen 3 in their phones.At this rate samsung will be wiped out from Asian mark8 if they do not think for customers.

The bezels look kinda thicker than a usual 90% phone. Is there something wrong about the specs or the photos?

They should probably keep at least one phone with good specs and a side mounted fingerprint sensor

Sam, 28 Mar 2024560 EUR are u kidding....for this 😒sd 7 gen 1 highly disapp... more$600 on a M-series - REALLY? This is awfully ridiculous of ScamSung to again scam all consumers. The Soc is almost 2 years old by the time a poor schmuck fell prey on paying for it, and camera not any better from camera of the M52 from late 2021. BTW, the M54 is a 6000mah on the battery, so this is a downgrade with higher price. The only positive note is the OS is guaranteed for 4 years of updates . Sill at $600, that's bordering on the flagship phones of S-series. IF thats the case might as well get that IF you are a brainwashed ShamSung victim.

Finally, it charges a bit faster. 45W vs. the very outdated 25W of the A55.
Maybe next year we get a Samsung A56 that charges fast and powerful at the same time :-))

One reason I bought my M54 is the larger Mah battery life. This is a bad move by the guys in the factory.

Common, give us good camera with OIS AND 7000mAh like it was in M51. Impossible? Still using M51. Currently I dont see phone which can replace it.

Coming from the M54, this one's quite a downgrade. Who told Samsung to get rid of the 6000 mAh battery? We're all used to holding around 200 grams of weight for phones now. And they removed my FAVORITE PART, the side-mounted fingerprint sensor :(
There might be upgrades like the 45W charging and SD 7G 1 (even though I think Exynos 1480 would still be better because SD 7G 1 is 2 years old already... idk it might be good) but it's still quite a disappointment
I'm saying all this because I've been always planning to buy the latest M5x phone sometime close in the future and I yet don't have the ability to do so.

It's absolutely hilarious to see a relatively budget phone has faster wired charging than the premium flagship counterpart. If Samsung gives wired DeX to this phone, it'd be game over for non-Ultra premium flagship models.
