In Malaysia, we have the Exynos 1330 with 25W wired charging, Samsung Knox, 6 GB RAM, and the option to expand up to 12 GB RAM via the RAM Plus setting. It also features 128 GB of internal storage and NFC. The model name is SM-M146B/DSN.
From my experience, compared to the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G with Dimensity 700 and the Samsung Galaxy M14 5G with Exynos 1330, the Exynos 1330 is good. It offers faster camera processing than the Dimensity 700 and better performance than the Dimensity 700. Additionally, the camera on the Samsung Galaxy M14 5G is good compared to the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G.

S, 14 Mar 2024Take F15 or M15, don't buy M14 or F14.Nope the Exynos 1330 is better than Dimensity 6100+ in CPU (2x 2,4ghz Cortex A78 & 6x 2,0ghz Cortex A55 on Exynos 1330 vs 2x 2,2ghz Cortex A76 & 6ghz 2,0ghz Cortex A55) and in GPU (Mali G68 MP2 on Exynos 1330 vs Mali G57 MC2 on Dimensity 6100+)

Like if you use 2 apps simultaneously then you can stick with 4 GB version but if you use more than 4 or 5 apps at the same time, buy the higher RAM version as in future you may need more RAM.

I Would like to buy it but the RAM is the issue only 4GB. is it lag though with that ? The 6GB RAM is $50 more ( no discount)
