Why did they go with the smudgey glossy back??
If you don't want that, buy the black version. I think that model has the matte glass back. Not sure about white.

I've just ordered 14 pro import from China. With shipping fee, separate screen glass protector, camera lens protector cost me 729.00$ or 634£ which was really good deal on first glance. I don't know is everything will work here in UK but I just don't feeling good paying tons if money for Samsung any more. My current phone is s21 ultra but was dropped and screen is smashed now. Comparing s24 ultra with 14 pro... yes 14 pro camera is a downside plus throttling but having all the bels and whistles and it's half price.. there is no what to think.. 14 pro is the best value for money this year.

Xaiomi's rates are very high. I want to buy it but it is too high for me or my friends' children. Sorry, let's look at Motorola or Samsung brands on EMI. So thanks xaomai 👍 phone

In my personal experience from 2016 there were many android flagships better than iPhones in most of the areas(May be except build quality and consistency) but none of those could beat Apple.

Unlike Redmi and Poco phones, flagships like the 14 series dont come with ads. My old Mi 9 never had ads while the Poco F4 i am currently using has ads in Mi system apps, not the "ads everywhere" misinformation some people like to spread.

They must import it!! the only Chinese manufacturer to sell phones in the United States is OnePlus!! So there is little risk of dethroning Apple in the USA but I agree that Xiaomi makes excellent smartphones!!

Interesting. In my country the Xiaomi 14, 12/512 GB is priced at around €750. Which is about the same price as iPhone 15 128Gb version and cheaper than the Samsung S24. So bit of a no brainer really

damn, i regret buying this phone, the sounds sucks my 3year old poco f3 sounds 80% better more bass and clear sounds, my mi 14 so irritating in my ears with lack of bass surround sound. what happened to flagship vs midrange, my poco wins

Barry Egan, 04 Apr 2024Does this phone show ads ? please reply.I just bought it about 2 days back, it's really good, I was concerned about bloatware and ads after watching some videos online but after using it I'm so confused, there's literally no bloatware, not even one app and I haven't seen any ads either, I've been using it pretty aggressively past two days and I only have good things to say about it. I'm not sure if people lie in YouTube videos or what but this is better than iPhone and Samsung but yes its a compact phone so battery is what you should expect from a phone like this, it's no way bad but I have an extremely high use. I'm always on my phone unless I'm sleeping. I can't give final verdict on battery right now because I've been testing it and it's different from my normal use of phone. I'm using camera a lot which I barely do normally, and it consumes a lot of battery just under 20% since last charge. Another thing I'm confused about is Snapchat, Snapchat is draining battery like crazy and I'm not even using it that much. Like Snapchat is taking over 25% battery when my use is below average. I'm trying to figure out what to do with Snapchat, it's definitely not mobile issue. I would recommend buying it if it's in your budget. To me it's better than Samsung s24+. I don't have any complains, it's the prettiest phone in market after Xiaomi 13, and performance is amazing. My last one was also Xiaomi and I went for this one because I had it for 4 year and even tho it was a budget phone but it performs so well and it just kept getting better, yes it takes Xiaomi some time to improve their phone but after few updates I'm expecting it to improve drastically, that has been my experience with Xiaomi, and I think Samsung and Apple both should really be concerned about Xiaomi, it's gonna take their market, of course if US doesn't put a ban on them just like Huawei.
