Besides chip and memory type is better than Poco F5.

Its been 11 days into 2024 and Xiaomi has already released ~6 phones. Thats 1 phone every 1.8888 days

+Great display, the brightest screen on the market from all mid range devices
+67W fast charging and charger in the box
+3years of OS updates and 4 security
+headphone jack, microSD and IR blaster
      +decent speakers
-battery life is disappointing for 5100mah
-Android 13 out of the box and not 14.This means the phone in reality get 2major OS updates. HyperOS is just miui
-performance is in the same range as Dimensity 1080/snap778/Exynos 1380 range. Not great, not terrible, although way behind X6 pro.

Overall this phone is doomed to fail with its current price being very close to Poco X6 pro.

IpsDisplay, 11 Jan 2024Bad battery lifeAgreed. Seems to be the issue with Samsung fab. But sustained performance is fairly decent. I expected worser result than this. SD 7s Gen 2 performance is similar to SD 778, which is pretty good for this price range.

          Bad battery life

I wish GSMArena make Mr Prasad permanent reviewer for All poco and redmis.
            He is a master.
I like how he handle redmi note 13 pro+ .

Whoever did the camera section clearly didn't care much. The EIS sample on the main has really bad jittering wehere EIS keeps re-panning the image yet you say "EIS works great" + Portrait had really bad artifacting around the hair on first image

Gladly impressed at the camera. And I was expecting better battery life but that's what you get with Samsung fab process.

A good start to the year for a budget phone like this. There will be lots of good Chinese phones, especially budget ones, that are worthy of review.

                    Interesting rebrand.
