I had it since it was released! What a wonderful machine!
Still have and was my best smartphone ever! The Camera it's good enough and take good pictures and still doing the job. The selfie camera continues surprising many new smartphones. 32 Mbpixels, it's a good piece of work.
When I bought it, there were some bd reviews about it, but Never had any issue and still running. Great Smartphone. Portugal June 2024

Good phone for its price. Ive been using mi a3 since july 2019 almost 5yrs. No issues encountered. I can vcall over wifi rsc mssging. Android 11 os and unfortunately it stop here. No more updates to expect. I wish that it will soon have os update for android 12. I love this phone.

Security updates were monthly and the last security patch is on the August 2022, exactly 3 years and 1 month after the phone launch. Not many other Android One phones from 2019 got the same software support.

Phone is okayish, there are some problems like unwanted restarts, screen burn in after only 2 years of usage. Avoid buying it, very bad software support from Xiaomi.

Sandesh, 20 Jan 2022The software is really buggy. Simple functions don't w... moreUsing Mi A3 since end of 2019, and it has been a pleasing experience for me. The only annoying bug for me is the display brightness that sometimes automatically lower after screen lock, even in manual mode.
Battery life still good with 88% battery health (Accubattery), with me consistently getting 9 hours of SoT on mobile data and some light gaming. Updates slowed down a bit now because the model is nearing its end of official support, with my phone on January security at this moment.

The software is really buggy. Simple functions don't work properly. After every update, there are new problems. My mobile was factory reset automatically after it switched off without reason.

Overall good phone. Nothing to complain but major problem I faced ( is still facing) is wifi connection. The phone doesn't connect wifi well. For other phones, the speed of wifi connection will be 40 Mbps but I get only .16 Mbps. On search made on Google, I found that these phone has wifi connectivity problem due to some software issue. I will dispose of this phone at first opportunity and get another phone to overcome this persisting problem. Factory setup is last and time taking option, I used it twice to set it right. Then it worked better for some time and then same problem occurred. Go for other MI phones.

Me too! Perfect size. Battery capable. I keep looking around for bargain with similar specs (better camera) but nothing is really worth getting rid of it.

No... moreDude if you have enough information about mobile phones you must know that not only LG have better cameras than most of the mobile phones in the market, but also G6 is a flagship phone which you are comparing with this phone.
This phone has the best quality for a 2019 midranger based on it's cpu & camera module, so pls bext time you wanted to compare two phones specially in the field of camera benchmark, make sure you're choosing the same class, hardware and price.

Nor for camera lovers
I used lg g6 which had 13mp camera it was far more better than this

I have been using miA3 for over a year. I play games (COD) mostly. My phone started crashing all the time.
