The 8 gen 3 is a big downgrade, I don't know what do you mean by upgrade, in terms of power the 9300+ far surpasses the 8 gen 3.

      What do you mean improvement? Dimensity 9300 surpasses Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 without mercy. And this is the plus version of 9300 which easily beats 8 Gen 3. I have said before, this is just a trick from Qualcomm so that their chipset looks the most powerful. Intentionally forcing mobile vendors to install their chipset on the entire flagship series so that their product looks the best. In fact, it's not true. Try buying Neo 9s Pro and this 9s Pro+ version, then compare the benchmark scores of both phones. I'm sure the result will be won by 9s Pro. I have tested how powerful the Dimensity 9300+ in my Vivo X100s Pro, it's truly amazing.
