A phone gets updated depending on the time of their release and the updates due in that period. The Galaxy A24 is only recently released, so it's only natural for Samsung to wait on the device and first update its older siblings because its their time to receive updates based on their releases cycles.
Flagships are exempted from this, because, well, they're flagships.

My has bricked since the last update... My A23 phone has shout down and won't turn on, it shows no sign of life I don't know what to do. Even phone technicians are puzzled 😕
This happened to all A23 in my region.
