Same thing with high resolution sensor: it may seem impressive but when it's size, noise performance or performance in difficult lighting isn't spoken it could as well be a sensor with a super small pixels and 16-pixel color arrays, hence why I mentioned ov50d as an example.

            i understand the appeal of cheap phones. but 6gb should be a bare minimum for android 14 atleast. or else users having to deal with reloading the apps during multitask. that must've been stressing. if this phone has hardware gyroscope that'll be great. not only it is important for games, but for the electronic image stabilization. they could've also copy the design language of redmi note 4. those meatball-sized camera bump is an atrocious trend to begin with. especially on budget phones.

                  Unlike a lot of 3W countries in the world, India has 5G connectivity across country. So, 5G is must.
                  Processor is good for the price. HD+ screen, ugh. 90hz is a plus. 2MP macro camera should have been eeplaced with 6GB RAM.

                    Charging - 33W instead of 18W

I can name more cases where it is the reverse due to feature removal. Most apps do the exact same thing as 5 years ago as well. Only graphically intensive or expansive games should have meaningfully more system resource requirements than 5 years ago.

                        Lava really needs to hire better artists to create convincing renders. Wtf is this abomination.

                        In other news, they should've atleast given FHD+, android 14 or 8/128gb as the base variant. They have done none. I guess the spell of good phones by Lava has ended.

                            poco m6 is better at this price, or itel p55 plus. Though great work by lava, but at this price, bring 6/128gb or 8/64gb variant.

                              Ugly.

                                The AnTuTu is literally in par with Snapdragon 680. Comparing to some phone from Transsion, this phone is a bit overpriced. At least in my country, with the similar pricing you could get Tecno Pova 5 and Itel RS4 which uses better chipset (Helio G99), or if you also need 5G you could get Itel P55 5G which uses even better chipset (Dimensity 6080). And all of them has higher RAM and storage configuration (6/8GB RAM and 128/256GB storage).

                                      What an atrocious pricing. Moto g04s which is mostly similar to this phone spec-wise (though with a slightly weaker processor and lack of 5G support), is priced at only 7k, and is much better value for money.

                                      Alternatively, Moto G34 is priced at 11k (4GB/128 GB variant) and is much better device overall. Or you can get the 8GB/128 GB variant at 12k.
