Well at least Samsung A15 5G has something going for it - it's 256gb.

Good phone but 4 gb ram is not good for long term like above 3 year usage.
Buy at least 6 gb ram as this phone will get 4 android os updates also.
This device will need more ram after those updates.
Even 6 gb might not be enough but would be okay for casual users.
8 gb ram could be better.
