I've been using it for a year now I can say my experience to this phone is not very good. It always force close while you playing games and it overheating so fast. The camera is pretty OK though

I paid $200 for it to my door and have been impressed due to the price. I've saved so much money with MVNO service also. Any problems you might have are most likely solvable. In the US phones like this can stop you from paying huge bills for a phone. Overall thankful for companies like Infinix for offering low cost options.

This phone is not good or not optimised yet, it has a powerful chipset still it crashes the game I play bgmi in it a lot of issues I have to face in it. It restart the apps from the background, I'm not completely satisfied with this HOT 20 5g. A 2gb Ram phone works better than this 🤦🏻

this phone is utter garbage don't even think about buying any type of infinix phones as theyre all cash grabs every phone they sell will just make you stress on how laggy and stupid it is the do not disturb mode doesnt even work also the mute notifications just about everything this phone has is broken and garbage

For the last six months, i felt no overheating issue... for example it can run PUBG in Smooth + Ultra nonstop for 4 to 5 hours with barely any feel of heat on my hands.
