Having this phone for 3 years now. No motherboard problems at all. Still a fast and very smooth phone.

            My Asus 8z stopped working suddenly after 2 years, when I take it to Asus service centre they checked and told me to go for motherboard replacement which will cost 70% of the original cost (INR 43k/USD 516) which comes around INR 30K/USD 360. I am not happy with Asus phone durability and services, even Samsung S24 motherboard costs around INR 24k which is new flagship and Asus 8 is 3 years old.

Also you have a flashlight icon available in pulldown top bar and Icon on the lock screen... It's really hard not to press flashlight by accident. Totally inverted experience, I would say.

                          But asus why SUPPORT IS 2os are you insane. Phones.like zen8series those are More than enough specs to get More than 2os updates.
                          2+2 IS that flagship device?. No way.
                          Phone Works just perfect camera handle everytime when needed that.
                          Cpu+RAM together handle all apps still 2024. But eol device by now.

                          Asus supposed made a christmas For zen8 and rog5 series (a14).

                                    Encountered motherboard issue twice. The first time within warranty period. the second time it just died during charging. Camera is a joke. Worst phone i have ever used.
