Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 Design Rendering Shows Off High-End Aesthetics

In the foldable smartphone market, users in China have almost twice the choices compared to the global markets outside China. One of the leading players is Xiaomi, which is now working on its fourth-generation foldable phone and is finalizing the design and hardware configuration. Today, Evan Blass shared an exclusive mega exposure about the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 design and some important specifications.

According to the shared renderings, the back side of the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 features a sophisticated and high-end design. Dominating the top left corner is a prominent rectangular camera module. This camera bump has a sleek metallic (?) finish and is divided into two sections. The left side houses three camera lenses arranged in the first column, with a fourth periscope telephoto lens, flashlight, and additional supporting sensors in the second column. This layout suggests a strong focus on versatile photography capabilities.

Adjacent to the camera lenses on the right side of the bump is the Leica logo, indicating a continuous collaboration with Leica for enhanced camera experience and technology. The text reads “LEICA” with additional smaller text underneath, likely specifying the lens specifications or slogan involved in the collaboration.

The back panel of the phone itself has a textured finish, possibly to provide a better grip and a refined aesthetic using artificial leather. The color of the back panel is a light shade, likely white or light gray, contributing to the elegant appearance. Towards the bottom of the back panel, the “Xiaomi” logo is prominently displayed, oriented horizontally to maintain a clean and professional look. It should be noted that the renderings are of the current prototype design, so we may see changes in this design when Xiaomi finalizes the best design for the Mix Fold 4.

In terms of specifications, the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, a 50-megapixel main camera, Leica Summilux camera quality certification, a 5000mAh+ battery, wireless charging, IPX8 rating, and a thickness of less than 10mm.
