OnePlus Watch 2 Launched in China with Advanced Features and Competitive Pricing

The OnePlus Watch 2 was released today in its homeland with a price tag of 1799. It is available in two colors: Meteorite Black and Nebula Green. The watch is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen1 processor and a BES2700BP MCU, equipped with 2GB of RAM, 32GB of ROM, and 4GB of eMMC RTOS special ROM.

The OnePlus Watch 2 features a 1.43-inch 466 × 466 OLED screen with a maximum brightness of 600 nits, providing a clear display in both bright outdoor light and dim nighttime environments.

Functionality-wise, it supports independent eSIM functionality, allowing users to send and receive messages and answer calls without a cell phone. The watch also includes live map navigation, offering a more intuitive and safer navigation experience. Professional sports health monitoring is a highlight, with support for 100+ sports activities, and a high-precision sensor ensures accurate monitoring of vital signs.

In terms of battery life, the watch has a built-in 500mAh battery, achieving 4 days of battery life in Full Intelligence Mode, extendable to 12 days in Power Saving Mode. Additionally, it supports VOOC magnetic contact fast charging technology, reaching 100% charge in 60 minutes.

The OnePlus Watch 2 also supports NFC, dual-frequency GPS, independent eSIM, 5ATM waterproofing, and IP68 dust and water resistance. It offers a range of interconnection features, including gesture operation, photo sub-screen, and multi-device audio streaming. The watch can preview the phone’s camera screen and take photos remotely, and the headset can automatically stream between different devices for seamless connectivity.
