OnePlus Ace3 Pro to Feature Slimmest Design with Largest Battery: Specs Revealed

OnePlus is currently previewing the Glacier Battery for the upcoming OnePlus Ace3 Pro. In addition to this, the Ace3 Pro offers exciting performance features this time around.

According to sources, OnePlus plans to introduce an exclusive black technology that complements the Snapdragon 8 Gen3 processor. This technology aims to reduce power consumption and improve the visual effects of certain games. The new black technology is derived from OPPO’s MariSilicon chip.

Meanwhile, sources have also shared pictures of the new battery’s dimensions. The battery technology, called the “Glacier Battery,” has a capacity of 6100mAh. Compared to an ordinary 6mm thick 5000mAh battery, the Glacier Battery has an increased capacity of 1100mAh while reducing the thickness by 0.49mm, making it 5.51mm thick.

The Glacier Battery inside the OnePlus Ace3 Pro uses silicon-carbon anode material, with an upgraded core process that supports 100W fast charging. This allows the battery to reach 100% charge in about 30 minutes.

In terms of design, the Ace3 Pro has finally moved away from OnePlus’s classic lens module design of the past two years. However, the camera housing is not entirely abandoned. The lens is still located in the upper left corner, but the base cover has been removed, creating a separate lens position.

Other highlights include a metal frame and a 3D unibody ceramic design. The engineering model features three materials: hot forging white, bright silver ceramic, and vegan leather.

Specifications include a 6.78-inch 1.5K 8T LTPO curved screen and a rear camera setup of 50MP + 8MP + 2MP. Sources reveal that following the launch of the battery technology on June 20, the phone itself will debut later.
