Vivo Watch GT Features Square Dial with 21-Day Battery Life

After previewing by Vivo executives, the time for the Vivo S19 series launch has finally been announced. The series is scheduled to launch on May 30. The S19 Standard Edition features a right-angled bezel and includes Vivo’s iconic 6,000mAh mega-battery and a 50-megapixel anti-aberration soft selfie camera on the front.

The S19 Pro’s design is largely the same as the standard S19, except that the screen is curved, and the rear camera setup includes a dual 50-megapixel Sony full-focus portrait lens combo with a studio-grade zoom soft ring.

Vivo Watch GT showcased in four different strap color options

In addition to the new S19 series phones, the company will also launch its first square-dial watch, the Vivo Watch GT. The Watch GT offers a variety of strap materials and a wide selection of dials for users to choose from, including digital, animation, multi-functional, and classic designs. It also features a knob crown on the side.

The watch is reported to support eSIM independent communication and provide AI gestures, AI dial, AI smart reminders, and other functions. Like Vivo’s previous smartwatches, one of the main selling points of the Vivo Watch GT is its long battery life, which can last up to 21 days in Bluetooth mode.

In terms of the system, the watch will likely use Vivo’s self-developed BlueOS. BlueOS is the world’s first operating system to use the Rust language to write a system framework that supports all types of configurations, including devices with 200MHz CPUs and 32MB of RAM.
