This morning, OPPO began teasing its next generation of the Reno series. Marking its 12th iteration, the OPPO Reno12 series is set to be released on May 23 at 16:00. Currently, the company has not disclosed specific details or the appearance of the Reno12 series. However, the slogan “This time, give the world a little ‘silver’ to see!” suggests that silver will be the primary color.

According to previous reports, the OPPO Reno12 will debut with the MediaTek Dimensity 8250 processor. This processor utilizes TSMC’s 4nm process and features a total of eight cores, including one 3.1GHz Cortex-A78 large core, three 3.0GHz Cortex-A78 large cores, and four 2.0GHz Cortex-A55 small cores. This architecture is similar to that of the Dimensity 8200.
The high-end Reno12 Pro will be equipped with a customized Dimensity 9200+ Star Speed Edition processor, which is expected to be a fine-tuned version of the 9200+. It will also feature up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
Rumors suggest that the Reno12 Pro will boast a 6.7-inch 1.5K 120Hz quad-curve screen, a 50MP JN5 front camera, and a rear camera system comprising a 50MP IMX890 main camera, an 8MP ultra wide-angle camera, and a 50MP JN5 2x telephoto lens. Additionally, it is expected to have a 5000mAh battery with 80W fast charging.
