Apple M4 AnTuTu Benchmark: Unmatched Performance Revealed by iPad Pro 2024

In recent years, Android manufacturers have been closing the gap between Android phones and Apple iPhones in terms of hardware performance. However, when it comes to tablets, Apple iPads are far ahead of Android tablets, not only in hardware performance but also in software adoption.

This week, Apple launched its latest iPad Pro lineup, featuring devices equipped with the newest chipset called the Apple M4 chipset. This further deepens the gap, as highlighted in our Geekbench test report. Today, the iPad Pro 2024 13-inch, equipped with the Apple M4 chipset and bearing model identifier “iPad16.6,” has appeared on the AnTuTu benchmark, showcasing its prowess.

The tested tablet is coupled with 16GB of RAM, and 2TB of onboard storage, and is running on iPadOS 17.4. As the top-of-the-line version, the CPU part of the machine’s M4 consists of 4 high-performance cores plus 6 energy-efficient cores.

In terms of specific scores, the Apple M4 AnTuTu Benchmark tallied a total of 2,744,873 points, comprising 723,817 CPU points, 1,120,143 GPU points, 470,720 MEM points, and 430,193 UX points. Compared with the previous highest iPad score recorded by the AnTuTu benchmark, which was from the iPad Pro equipped with the M2 chipset, totaling 21,333,398 points, the iPad Pro 2024 with the M4 chipset leads its previous generation by an impressive margin.
