The importance of differentiating between calculated Risks and reckless Gambling in business. To maintain a healthy balance between growth and success, leaders must adopt a data-driven approach. As a leader, encourage this approach by leading by example, setting clear expectations, and providing resources for informed decision-making. Create an environment where calculated risks are welcomed, and mistakes are seen as opportunities for growth, not as failures. Remember, there's a fine line between pursuing rewards and embracing excessive risks. Knowing when to draw that line is key.
