I usually use iMessage but it’s painfully slow. Facebook messenger compresses all my gig videos. I tried Airdrop does that send everything full quality without compression?

It’s bad manners to send giant high resolution videos. They are gigantic.
Get a video compression app and shrink them down to 720p. A 35MB video can be resized and compressed down to 720P and 4-5MB and it will still look great.

I use this app:

Can something like dropbox be used? Upload the video to dropbox, then share the link to the file--probably still takes a long time uploading and downloading though. At least once it's uploaded the recipient can deal with downloading without tying up the senders device.
