Best OS for 2017 IMac Pro 3.2 8-core 128 gigs of RAM

Looking for reliable reco's for the newest Mac OS that works well with 2017 IMac Pro 3.2 8-core 128g ram 2tb ssd. Promairy software used most is Avid Media Composer, and Adobe Suite

They all work well on any OS that will work on IMac Pro. Just trying to find out the newest OS I can install on Imac Pro

The iMac Pro can run any OS from High Sierra to the latest Sonoma - and Sequoia next year - the widest choice of any Mac at the moment I guess.
Avid software is notoriously picky so you probably need to ask on their support forums.
