Facing the error "Server temporarily unavailable. Please try again later" after downloading the update. Anyone else facing the same error? PFA the screenshot.

Is it.possiblw for someonw to pull the zip and post it somewhere and give us the link......still haven't received any update notifications...damn u honor...:(

I wish I could figure got how Huawei is rolling out the update. Still yet to get the update, tried the firmware finder method too. Didn't authenticate in the end with the IMEI, so it obviously failed. Hope it's not something that will affect me getting the update in the future. I don't have to clear any further data anywhere, right?

Yeah... Looks like unlocked bootloader is the issue.. Anyways.. Im not gonna relock it... Saves a lot of hassle...

What is the "check for updates" button for? It doesn't do anything. No amount of pressing it will speed up the arrival of the update. It's the same on all android devices. Pressing it should send a message to the manufacturer saying that I want the update, so send it to me now.

Yeah man..... this is probably the slowest update rollout I have ever seen........it's been more than a week since the update released.....:(

    ok guys,
    just download huawei firmware finder app in play-store, follow the instructions and your will get the updates in your updater

    instructions in short
    1. download app from play-store
    2. open it check the current variant in app
    3. press GET UPDATE THROUGH DNS
    4. REGISTER UPDATE
    5. CHANGE DNS
    now go to your phones setting updater and recheck you will get the latest update cross check the update and hid quick update

    hope this helps everyone.

    I juts received B189 on my Honor 8 Pro in Germany. No sign of Oreo.
    Recently they have posted b189 and b360 (oreo)

    Am i the only one who didn't get the Oreo update yet??

    For me it still shows IMEI not approved on firmware finder... Glad I flashed it through duk flasher... Its not too much... If you are ok to unlock the bootloader give it a shot...
