INIT - AN GROUP A/S AN GROUP, now INIT-member, specializes in manufacturing IT and automation systems. We provide consulting services and project-oriented solutions focusing on everything from small ideas to operational systems. The core of AN GROUP's services is to improve and optimize the efficiency of production facilities based on technical understanding of our clients' production and business. With focus on the individual project, we develop solutions that optimizes and ensures the maximum benefit in close cooperation with our clients. AN GROUP has access to and knowledge of the latest technologies, systems and programming languages, and we work independently of our suppliers. Technology is not the starting point, but a tool that supports the goal and the company's development. Today we are around 400 employees in INIT. It Is all about 'AUTOMATION & INDUSTRIAL IT'

🥳 We are Init together! 🥳 Friday 1st of December was a day of celebration for Init's Danish organisation. More than 300 colleagues from across our 20 offices in Denmark gathered for the annual "Wellbeing Day" to gain new insights, mingle with new and known colleagues and just have fun ! While that alone is worth celebrating, the real cause for celebration was that eight companies went from being "part of Init" to being fully integrated in the Init company: - 3Tech - AN Group - Daniit - Inuatek - FH Software - Logimatic - MBB Group - Picca Automation We are now fully Init together and we couldn't be more excited!
