Which Apple Watch do you have?

...

What you need

  • Make sure the Blood Oxygen app  is available in your country or region.
  • Update your iPhone Xs or later to the latest version of iOS.
  • Update your Apple Watch Series 6, Series 7, Series 8, or Apple Watch Series 9 to the latest version of watchOS.

Note: The Blood Oxygen app is not available for use by people under 18 years old. You can confirm or set up your age in your Medical ID.

...

If it is an Apple Watch Series 9 or Ultra 2, bought after January 18th 2024 in the US, this feature does not work.
