Choosing the right career path is a common concern for people between 15 and 30. 🚩 Why is it so important? Well, our career often becomes a significant part of our lives, and the choices we make can affect our happiness and fulfillment. To answer this question, you first need to understand yourself. This includes recognizing your skills, values, interests, daily habits, and behavior patterns. It's like creating your unique player card. Why do I call it a player card? Because life can be seen as a game where we all start with the same potential, but we develop differently based on our choices and experiences. Every choice we make, every interest we pursue, and every skill we develop adds to our player card. The ages between 15 and 30 could be seen as a "dangerous" period because it is when we start to discover ourselves. It's crucial to develop traits that bring us happiness and satisfaction, not just those that promise financial rewards or social status. Why it’s so important and dangerous at the same time, because 30 is a boundary when everyone has become independent and responsible for their life. At that moment, we still live in a material world where people need money to live, and this reality often pushes us into roles that align with our most developed properties at the highest level on your player card, but not necessarily our passions. You choose a role that is the most eligible and reliable based on the properties that are at the highest level on your player card. For example, you could become a programmer because it pays well and you learned it in university, but your soul would rather bake one of those special cakes. However, cakes can’t pay your bills now, and to achieve this, you would need 5 years to perfect your baking. Fast forward to 45, and you might feel like you're living someone else's life. You're fixing bugs instead of baking cakes, and the thought of starting over seems daunting. Why teens, why teegu.io? By Vital Dem First, because it's part of my social mission to "give every teen the opportunity to realize their potential." Second, they tell me about the existing problem with career choice, which I understand well, because I experienced it also 10 years ago. About social mission. I believe that young, happy talents could save this world. It's hard to change a formed mind, I mean an adult's. Moreover, when you try, you encounter many gaps in their understanding, and bridging these gaps is possible but takes years. In my opinion, we don't have that time. We need to do the right things now, within a few years at most. The fastest way to achieve the best result is to provide opportunities to freshmen. Gen Z and Gen A are people who have a different mindset. They want to live in peace, in harmony with the environment, and not just be consumers; they want to be impactful for this planet. But this is before they face real life challenges like bills, taxes, working for a living, costs for eating, and of course dealing with various unfair aspects of this system which each of us faces at different levels. And then all dreams, wishes, and nice thoughts are gone. They will work in jobs that allow them to have money for living but hate it because it’s not what they were expecting when they chose their profession, career, and life path. Mortgages or student loans do not allow them to take a few years to start from scratch again. Of course, it’s not about everyone, but just consider that only 20-30% of people do something related to their field of study. It means another 75% just wasted a few years of their student life, which is so important, because it's the foundation of real life. And in my opinion, this 75% have several times less chance to realize their potential, try to make their dreams a reality, and be happy enough to do something great, not just good or normal. It's about how teenagers and then students feel when choosing a career path. I know how it is; I was there too. Everyone of us was there. And it would be great to have clear guides on how to manage it, something you could use anywhere and anytime you really want without masks and boring adult nonsense. Something that is clear and relevant to the current and future market. Moreover, if it looks like a game... Yeah, it’s about teegu.io. I just want to give teens the opportunity to make the right choice by trying any career with clear guides on how to choose the best according to their true essence.
