Honda Unicorn
The Unicorn nameplate, which was formerly available in two forms – CB Unicorn and CB Unicorn 160 – will now be confined to just one model, dubbed simply 'Unicorn.' It's also compliant with the soon-to-be-enforced BS-VI compliance standards. On the surface, the Unicorn hasn't undergone any dramatic alterations. It maintains the same no-frills commuter design, which appeals to the target clientele. It comes in three colour variants: Pearl Igneous Black, Imperial Red Metallic and Mat Axis Gray Metallic.
Looks and built:
A single-pod halogen lamp is included at the front of the commuter motorcycle. The headlight is encircled by a front cowl with chrome accents and a chrome branding on the fuel tank gives the overall package a more premium appearance. While the design remains the same, the current version of the motorcycle features a higher ground clearance (8mm) and a longer seat (24mm) than the BS4 model. The rear HET tubeless (Low Rolling Resistance) tyre is also new on the updated model. A fuel metre, dual trip metres, an odometer, speedometer, clock, and tachometer are all shown on the all-digital instrument console. This Unicorn bike has a fuel tank size of 13 liters and weighs 140 kilogrammes.
Riding ergonomics:
The foot pegs of the Honda Unicorn are situated forward, allowing for an upright seating position. Telescopic front forks and a rear monoshock make up the suspension system. The commuter bike has a long seat that can accommodate two people comfortably.
Engine and Power:
The mechanical improvements come in the form of a larger displacement engine. A 160cc PGM-FI HET (Honda Eco Technology) engine powers the Unicorn BS6 motorcycle, which produces a power of 12.73 bhp and a torque of 14 Nm. A counterweight balancer is included in the BS6 model to help reduce vibrations and a five-speed transmission is connected to the motor. A stop switch for the engine is also included in the package.

The AHO feature is one of the best safety features featured in the Honda Unicorn commuter bike. The AHO illuminates the road regardless of the light conditions or the type of weather in which the rider is travelling. A combination of equalisation and CBS is used in the brake arrangement, resulting in a more efficient braking mechanism.
