Growing up, third party controllers were crap but you bought them because your friends would come over and you needed a way to play together. So in my search for a PC controller I pretty much just looked at Sony and Microsoft's first party options. But the magnetic hall sensors piqued my interest and they're amazing. Absolutely no drift and dead center. Though I do wish it had a bracket for them to make movement feel smoother. Also the circularity accuracy was about 10 percent despite using the same sensors as the kingkong pro 2. Probably because of the inner ring for the analog sticks.

The input delay is good out of the box and you can OC it to about 4ms. Triggers closely resemble a dualsense as far as feel goes. The d-pad is good, would definitely use this for 2D games. Really like the included dock and the added wireless functionality. Which leads to overclocking that matches the input delay of a wired connection.

Now while all that may sound great there are a few caveats which lead me to returning it. Besides the feel of the analog sticks, I really don't like the feel of the face buttons. They have a little too much mushiness for me, personally. Also the feel of the plastic itself feels so cheap. The texture specifically though you could hear some slight creakage when applying an abnormal amount of pressure. Also wish the lettering on the buttons looked better. They look kinda cheap to me.

Overall though, I like it. It's up there with Microsoft's and Sony's basic controllers. Which if I didn't already have, I would probably use this as my main controller.

I love my Pro 2, this controller improves on the analog sticks and feels much better for 3D games. I have learned to find uses for the back buttons and I love how easy it is to remap controls. This controller has a great feel from the the way my index finger rests well in the slight groove in the trigger buttons and the rounded buttons have a better feel than Pro 2 buttons. Even the D-pad has a good feel (the Pro 2 D-pad wins this category though). I've found my Pro 2 to have great durability my Ultimate controller seems very durable, both options have features that provide versatility and quick switching between platforms. I have been very pleased my 8bitdo products.

I bought this for my wife, for her birthday and she loves it, the control feels solid in the hands and the texture grip is nice, it feels better than the switch pro controller because it has better gipe.
the charging dock is nice but note, it comes with a chargeing cable but not a charger cube so you will need to provide that, unless you just plug it into a USB which is not really a problem,
under the charging dock it comes with a USB plug in if you need to use it in 2.4g or just use it in Bluetooth, we have not noticed any input lag at all.
the charging dock lights up white at the bottom and will turn off when it's completely charged and it was very easy to pair and use the controller , this controller functions just like a switch pro controller only feels better, I give this controller an A I'm not sure about battery life but it boost a 20 plus hour life.

worth mentioning I have other 8 bit do controllers the m30 Sega Bluetooth and SNES SN30 Bluetooth and they work fantastic, and they feel like a real Genesis controller and SNES controller very good battery and no input lag you can use these on your PC and switch and I love them. thank you 8 bit do and I highly recommend these controllers
