I'm a beginner to graphic art and this tablet is absolutely perfect; it's very easy to use, yet nothing about it would suggest it's only for beginners. It's lightweight, thin, and has a great display. I love that I can plug it in 2 different ways for power: just to my laptop (1 HDMI, 2 USB) or into the wall. AND, the numerous outlets is a big plus for me because I'll be using it in different regions. The extra pen nibs, the stand, and the glove are icing on the cake.
The only thing I noticed is that I have to restart my computer to properly shut down all programs before using it if my laptop hasn't been restarted in a while, or my pen cursor will "tremble" below the pen whenever I try to use it (I'm assuming that was what the problem was). I haven't been able to find any other answers to what could be the issue for the trembling cursor but at least my solution is working.
I also really loved the offering of a free drawing program with the purchase. I chose ArtRage because I read many positive things about how that software is one of the best ones if you want to emulate actual painting and drawing and I can say that it is very accurate. You can choose from a myriad of canvas/paper/background types and the tools are very customizable. 2 reviews in 1, but figured I'd add if anyone else was stuck on which free software to choose.
