Even if im not good at drawing, this product helped me a lot. 1080p is more than enough and the zoom wheel is very useful. I use it for my quick draw of Dnd character. I love it !

I'm a beginner to graphic art and this tablet is absolutely perfect; it's very easy to use, yet nothing about it would suggest it's only for beginners. It's lightweight, thin, and has a great display. I love that I can plug it in 2 different ways for power: just to my laptop (1 HDMI, 2 USB) or into the wall. AND, the numerous outlets is a big plus for me because I'll be using it in different regions. The extra pen nibs, the stand, and the glove are icing on the cake.

The only thing I noticed is that I have to restart my computer to properly shut down all programs before using it if my laptop hasn't been restarted in a while, or my pen cursor will "tremble" below the pen whenever I try to use it (I'm assuming that was what the problem was). I haven't been able to find any other answers to what could be the issue for the trembling cursor but at least my solution is working.

I also really loved the offering of a free drawing program with the purchase. I chose ArtRage because I read many positive things about how that software is one of the best ones if you want to emulate actual painting and drawing and I can say that it is very accurate. You can choose from a myriad of canvas/paper/background types and the tools are very customizable. 2 reviews in 1, but figured I'd add if anyone else was stuck on which free software to choose.

As a xppen artist 22 pro user, I have experience with xppen and the tablet. I have decided to get this to make my experience more portable and not have a tablet blocking majority of my small desk.

I got this on prime day deal so it was 120$ off the original price so it was a nice deal

I absolutely love the smaller screen and if you have an ipad pro like me, 13.3in isnt much far of a difference and its easy to adjust. The pen in its casing is kinda hard to get out sometimes but maybe its just a skill issue on my part

One thing I dont much like but still can make do is the angle of the stand
The artist 22 pro has multiple angles to adjust and I really liked that bc I felt like sometimes straight up tablet feels nice
But with this tablet you only get one, its a nice angle but I wish there was more options so I dont have to adjust my chair
And so far, if you have a flat table the tablet doesnt feel rocky which is nice and feels put even though its portable off the stand

On the artist 22 pro there are no express keys and as a avid keyboard user for keys, it was kind of tricky to navigate and get used to, but that will soon become a familiar thing to me so its all about keeping it consistent

The wheel on the tablet is kind of clicky when it turns, I use it for zooms and I would say that its not a smooth zoom? Every click on the scroll skips a frame (?) when zooming so if u like ur zooms to be smooth I would recommend using the express keys instead

Overall its really nice quality and I love the film on the screen, since the artist 22 pro was wirh glass, it didnt feel that much like a drawing tablet
But with this it feels like im really drawing and there are no glares !!
colours seem accurate enough to pass I would say
And im really looking forward to last long with this tablet!

Sorry for the long review, but there's so many great things about this pen display that I needed to share!

PROS:
- Great price: At first I thought the price was quite high but comparing it to the Cintiq's, this tablet is a steal.
- Craftsmanship: This pen display feels solid, all materials feel sturdy and of high quality; there is no indicator that it costs more than half the price of a Cintiq! The glass panel is smooth and scratch-resistant (only time will tell to see how it lasts after thousands of pen strokes)
- Setup: The setup was surprisingly simple. I just had to download the driver from the XP-Pen website, then plug the necessary cables into my PC and it was up and running! I plugged it directly into a spare HDMI port in my graphics card, and plugged in the 2 USB cables for power (I did not use the AC adapter).
- Drawing Quality/Screen Quality: I've owned a Wacom Bamboo graphics tablet before (it did not come with a built-in display) and I struggled using it because of how disorienting it was looking at my computer screen without looking at my hand and where I was drawing. The resolution of the XP-Pen display is super crisp and the drawing quality is absolutely incredible. The fully-laminated display really helps minimize the gap in between the pen and the cursor, and there is no parallax or lag; it feels like you're actually drawing on the surface (which, I might add, feels really nice because of the anti-glare matte finish; it feels like you're drawing on smooth, glossy paper with a pencil).
- Customizability: The express keys and red scroll wheel/dial are a lifesaver! I am a 3D artist and use programs such as Maya and ZBrush. I've set some of those express keys to function as CTRL, ALT, and SHIFT keys so that I can focus on using the pen display without having to worry too much about keeping my hand constantly on the keyboard. I still haven't quite figured out what would be a good use for the red dial, but it feels really nice just to turn for fun (by default it functions as a zoom in/out on web pages but this can be changed).
- The amount of stuff you get: You get a lot in this package! Besides the main pen display, the battery-free stylus/pen is a welcome change to the pens of the past which required batteries. The pen is very nice and I like the fact that it has 2 buttons (whereas some pens only have 1 button). The pen also comes in a very sleek, fashionable case that doubles as a stand and a holder for replacement nibs. It also comes with a stand, drawing glove, microfiber cloth, and bonus power adapters depending on what country you're in.

CONS: (I'm really nit-picking at most of these cons; these shouldn't be seen as deal-breakers for buying this incredible pen display!)
- Pen: The pen feels a bit too light. It lacks the weight and sturdy feel of the display. Also, since the pen is perfectly round it easily rolls around when laid down on a flat surface, which isn't the safest thing to prevent it from dropping and potentially breaking as a result.
- Pen holder: The pen holder (which is essentially the cap of the cylindrical case that houses the pen) needs more weight to it as well, in order to be safely anchored on a desktop.
- Lack of on-display pen holder: It would be REALLY nice if the display itself came with some sort of magnetized strip which you can rest the pen on (similar to that of an iPad Pro).
- Stand: The stand is much smaller than the actual display and the display slides a bit when used with the stand. Also, the stand is not adjustable in height which is very unfortunate.
- Only 1 Year Warranty: I wish there was an option to extend the warranty because I'd like this pen display to last more than a year! I'm not sure how the XP-Pen customer service is but hopefully, in the event that I need to contact them, they are professional and responsive in a timely manner.
- No carrying case/pouch: I had to buy my own neoprene laptop sleeve which I will be using to store the pen display when I'm not using it. It would be great if XP-Pen included some sort of case with these displays.

Considerations for future XP-Pen displays:
These are only my suggestions on what I would like seen on a future XP-Pen display:
- Wireless/Bluetooth functionality option (the display would function both wired and wirelessly)
- Standalone tablet (would be awesome if there was a standalone version so you can use the pen display without the need to connect it to a computer)
- Better pen options (having different pens to choose from, perhaps a "build your own" option where customers can choose their display size and pen style)
- Built-in pen holders (so you can stick your pen on the top or side of the display and it would magnetically stay in place without the need for an external pen holder)
- Really pushing the envelope here, but...it would be absolutely incredible if the express keys had some sort of mini digital display or indicator that visually represented what keyboard button/shortcut it was assigned to (for example, all the express keys are just black and I am forced to remember which key is assigned to which button. It would be so cool if the buttons had a small led letter/number display that showed you what its function was currently set to).
- Included software (I know that the Wacom tablets come with additional software which you can download, it would be nice if the XP-Pen displays also came with a software bundle like ClipStudio. Not necessary, but it would be a welcome addition).

Overall: This pen display works amazingly well with programs such as: Photoshop, Sketchbook, ZBrush, and Maya. I'm sure it will serve you well for all your artistic needs as it surely has for me! I'm happy with my purchase and it was well worth every penny.

So this would be my first display/pen and I got it at 20% off (stock pre-order). Absolute bargain, pen accuracy is great, pen feels good to use, screen looks amazing. buttons feel good. If i could afford it I would recommend the 16pro but this one is will do fine for a casual user like me. Also desk space is a thing, I like to keep it ready to go.

only 4 stars because there seems to be a recurring issue with the function keys not saving or I have heard of them unsetting while in use. However export the calibration file and save it as a work around for now.

I will edit if i find more info on the issue or if anything develops but at the moment I can recommend this.
