First, I was so happy that my MacMini complete with the 3-year Apple + care arrived in less than one day by a delivery company in Quebec, Canada called Emile. All delivery instructions were followed. The MacMini works really well and I received support in every way possible to connect it to my monitor, keyboard, and mouse by phoning 1-800-my apple. I was helped immensely by a fellow named Mark. I would highly recommend this instead of driving to an Apple Store, being told they ran out of the MacMini, and to return every day to see whether any have come in, and that they can’t keep one for you. Meanwhile, in trying to even call a particular store, they mostly have nobody to answer the phone at the store. At those stores, they learn from scratch and it seems to go to their heads that they’re so knowledgeable and are dealing mostly with elderly customers. Also, they don’t work on commission. It’s a big mishmash when you arrive. One of the staff there is some kind of comedian on YouTube and it’s hard to know whether he gets all his material from working at the Apple Store. Whenever I deal with Amazon, they are so kind and helpful by contrast.
