I upgraded to this from a fourth generation iPad Air. I was impressed as it quickly copied all my apps to the larger iPad (even keeping some passwords with the transfer). What I like the most, as a 60+ person, is that it is easier on my eyes as I read electronically now so much — but still love paper - call me old fashioned. I suspect paper books will only be available to the very wealthy in the future. It works for me and am typing this on the older product that I now use in the lower end of my home. Along with an old MacBook. And too many speakers to even speak about.
