Great Battery Life✅, 360° Sound✅ And Super Comfortable✅
We love gaming headsets in our household. Sometimes we have 3 systems playing at once, and you need a good headset. I have never used SteelSeries and decided to give the Artis Nova 5P a try. My first impressions were positive upon opening the box. The headphones and accessories were neatly packaged and well care for, which isn't always the case. I chose to use the Artis with my PS5 and load up Fallout 4. The upgrade from our current sound system was noticeable; being able to hear the characters 360° was quite enjoyable. I appreciate the volume turn dial over the usually up/down button. Additionally, the microphone tucks into the unit when not in use, which is especially convenient during single player gaming sessions. Comfort is crucial, and I find these headphones comfortable without experiencing excessive sweat or heat. I also downloaded their app and you can adjust your listening settings even further. They even have sound presets for many of the top games in the industry. I had no problem connecting the headphones to my iPhone and enjoyed listening to YouTube videos. I also tested them on my PS4, but unfortunately, they wouldn't connect via Bluetooth, so I had to use the dongle. ✅WHAT I LIKE: ▪️Fits comfortably on my head, even after long sessions. ▪️I like the ability to tuck in the microphone into the headset, when it's not in use. ▪️The quick switch button from 2.4ghz to Bluetooth. ▪️The compatible app which gives you more advanced control. I really like this headset. It came with a nice customizable app, and good overall sound and microphone experience. I've decided to breakdown my review in terms of general experience and sound/mic experience.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE:
– Audio Jack?! None.
– Carrying Case? Didn't come with carrying case. But, if you're a gamer, then it means you don't carry it around. I use this for work and that's why a carrying case would've been great.
– Packaging: The headphones came in a really cool packaging experience! It was like opening a really nicely packaged present. It also came with nice SteelSeries stickers.
– Connectivity: The headphones connected seamlessly to my laptop (with the provided dongle) and to my iPhone using Bluetooth.
– Multi-device experience: I loved the way I was able to transition between devices. Just by a click of a button on the headphones, I was able to switch between 2.4GHz (USB) and Bluetooth modes. I actually found this much easier than some of the ones that automatically switches between devices.
– Comfort: The cushions feel comfortable and I had no problem with them. The head band is adjustable in two ways which is a very smart design.
– Controls: I love the controls! They are just... conveniently designed. It comes with a power button, connectivity mode button (2.4GHz/BT), mic mute button, and a volume wheel. They all are placed in perfect places and are super easy to use.

AUDIO/MIC EXPERIENCE:
– The audio quality was excellent when listening to music and during phone/online calls.
– The microphone is excellent when pulled out, but according to people on the phone with me, it's not as good when it's in it's housing. When the microphone is pulled out, it was better than some of the very expensive headphones I have.

Using in my pc setup sounds good, earcups feel smaller then on my artcis 7p gen1 but they're replaceable so not overly concerned the app feature is good for console use not sure it matters for pc. But for the price the mic quality is better then the 7 series so I'd pick this headset again if given a choice between this and a 7 or 7x
