The night before we cross US border, we got confirmation and number. It worked amazingly during our visit. Even at remote areas in South Dakota we got coverage. Wherever we went, Badlands, Black hills national forest etc. , we have got excellent coverage. As soon as we swap Sim Card, it started working with ease. 50GB data is more than enough for 7 days. Data speed is satisfactory. Highly recommend 👌 👍

Purchased for my daughter to use on her band trip to the states, it worked great when she arrived at the airport but maybe three hours later, she no longer had service. It just gave the 'no connection' symbol in the top corner the entire time. As a parent, having your kid travel to a different country and suddenly not have service is stressful, I would not recommend this for anyone in a similar situation travelling to LA.
I have emailed customer service but have not had a response. I will now have to pay for the roaming charges, that I was trying to avoid, and this card.

It worked great for Internet. I’m not much for phoning, but I mostly bought it for the Internet. When you activate it, they say to activate it the day before you want to use it but I think you almost need to do it two days before because I’m in Canada and when I tried to activate it for the next day, they emailed me and said it was already that day I believe they are from the UK so just be aware there is a time difference for when they activate it.

Very irresponsible activation team. They say they don’t have a timeline for Sim card activation. Sim was not activated even after 48 to 72 hours submission. Customer support members just don’t care and do not respond to you for many hours even after knowing how urgent and important it is . Never rely on the Sim card especially if you are having an international travel as it can put you in trouble and the customer service is just not reliable and helpful.

Bought this because my phone does not support esim for a trip to Chicago (Samsung A54 Android). Signed up and indicated my dates in advance. Powered up on arrival, on the date I indicated, and it would not connect to T mobile. Was able to use email and what's app to contact TravSim support. Took a few hours but the card started to work and I was good.

Don't see why it shouldn't have worked right away. I never had to change anything on my phone so it was on the travsim or T-Mobile end.

Communication back to me was non existent but since the card works now it doesn't matter.

We were planning a road trip from the US to Canada and wanted to make sure we had Internet connectivity for the trip. Updating/changing our plan with the current provider was inconvenient and expensive so we decided to just buy this sim card.

To be honest, I was expecting this sim to not work and have issues but to my surprise everything went smooth! The card arrived on time, I had to fill out a short form to get my activation going (remember to do this 24 hours in advance!), the support team reached out to me via email with periodic status updates and 24 hours later the sim was active. After crossing the border into Canada, it seamlessly switched to a local telco provider and we had LTE/3G connectivity throughout our travel. We even used it as a hotspot periodically. Overall, very satisfied with the card and the service!

De eSim werkt prima. Installatie begonnen in Nederland en afgemaakt op het vliegveld in de VS. De simkaart was direct actief en heeft het prima gedaan. De gehele tijd de telefoon gebruikt als navigatie en dat ging prima! Uiteraard waren er bepaalde gebieden waarop er geen internetbereik was, maar dat had niets met de simkaart te maken. Die gebieden (Grand Canyon, National Parks) hebben gewoon geen bereik. Zeker een aanrader voor een vakantie in de VS.

Ich kann die SIM-Karten von travSIM uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Habe diese jetzt zum dritten mal für eine USA-Rundreise gekauft und hatte nie auch nur annährend Probleme. Kaufen - Aktivierungsdatum übermitteln und dann in den USA einfach ins Smartphone einlegen uns los geht's! Ich war jetzt 3 Wochen in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee und Alabama unterwegs und hatte nie Empfangsprobleme. T-Mobile hat in den USA nahezu 100%ige Abdeckung und das größtenteils mit 5G UC. Die 50 GB reichen für 3 Wochen ausgiebige Nutzung inkl. Google Maps genau aus. Nach den 50 GB wird wohl teilweise etwas die Geschwindigkeit gedrosselt ("You still get unlimited data but may at times notice reduced speeds in areas with network congestion").

Auch bei meinen vergangenen Rundreisen hat diese SIM-Karte wunderbar funktioniert: US-Ostküste mit New York City, Pennsylvania und Virginia, des Weiteren Texas, Kalifornien, Nevada, Louisiana, Mississippi.
