TL;DR - With the right cable, it'll keep anything alive for longer. If you need the fast charging, it's a great choice!

I have a few battery banks of similar size to this one already, 20,000mAh is more than enough for most devices, but what makes this one great is the insane fast charging! I can plug my Steam Deck in WITH A CABLE WHICH CAN SUPPORT 100W CHARGING, and it keeps the device running for much longer. It's heavy, there's no getting around it. All those big high-power components contribute to the weight, and this is not suitable for pocketing around. The internals can get a bit toasty when it's blasting out power, but it's never uncomfortable or problematic. When in use the LED display on the side remains on, which is a little annoying, but the pros heavily outweigh the cons in this case.

I needed a backup power source for my 13" MacBook Pro that was built before USB C became the standard charging port for laptops. It uses a MagSafe port for charging, so you can't use a typical USB port on a plane or somewhere where AC power isn't available. This charger provided a solution because it's capable of outputting enough power to charge the MacBook.

To make this work, I also bought a special USB to MagSafe cable on Amazon that plugs into a USB C port with a power delivery (PD) rating of 60 watts or more. It's an inexpensive cable that works very well with this battery.

I tested the charging capacity of the battery to see how much of a nearly dead MacBook battery it could restore. With the computer in sleep mode, I was able to get up to 70% charge level on the laptop before the UGreen battery got down to 0%. Not bad, although I was hoping its 20,000 mAh would be able to fully recharge the laptop's 7,500 mAh battery. But 70% is good for quite a few more hours of computer time, so I'm not complaining.

I realize this is an unusual application, but thought it might be of help to anyone still using older MacBooks in places where a backup battery could be useful. The UGreen battery seems very well built, and I really like the percentage display. The price is quite reasonable as well, so I would recommend it.

Finally found a external battery that can power the GoPro12 w/o the battery. The issue I was having was wanting to do a longer night time lapse or star trails videos for more than the 2-3 hrs that the internal enduro battery lasts. The GoPro12 will not charge the enduro battery while recording, so the only option is to remove the battery and use an external power bank. I had a couple of external power banks that were supposed to be rated at 5V/2A but most of the time the GoPro would flash a message saying that the power supply was not sufficient (even though it had enough power provided to pop that message up...), but sometimes the GoPro would be ok with input power amount... Anyway, this power bank works great, but you have to use the in/out1 USB-C. A time lapse of around 10 hrs, used about 40% of the charge from the power bank. The other nice thing about this power bank is being able to charge multiple devices at the same time.

More impressive was that I was able to recharge my MacBook Air very quickly as well. This device puts out as much power as a wall unit. Of course recharging a MacBook Air uses most of the capacity of the device, but that's to be expected.

I used it in a remote part of Indonesia where the power is mostly from generators (non-stable power) to provide power to my phone/computer when the generator was off (~50% of the day). Worked great for that purpose.
