Bought this product specifically to steam my 100 x120 inch curtains as I have a 15ft ceiling in the livingroom. The steamer is easy to use and very effective. However, the water chamber is small and needs to be refilled consistently. For long use, it becomes very heavy and uncomfortable to hold especially if you have carpal tunnel, arthritis or any health issues this may not be very ergonomic for you. These things can be overlooked otherwise. 10/10 would recommend.

A little miracle worker. Good quality item. Super Easy to fill and use . Almost no leakage, just crushing through my wrinkled shirts lol gets about 80-90% of wrinkles out with steam alone, recommend steam glove to smooth out clothes better with the iron. Only negative is the top stem gets very hot on one side close to where you hold the device and they should insulate it more under the plastic.

This steamer does an excellent job. We washed 2 sets of curtains but they wrinkled and to get them pressed at a dry cleaner was more expensive than buying this machine. They were a thicker material so we used the higher setting and it did a fantastic job and we tested the lower setting on a few of my wifes blouses and sweaters and again it did a great job. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because when steaming the curtain and keeping the unit level the steam escapes downward so it burns your hand so to avoid that you have to tip the unit backwards so the steam goes up and away from your hands. Other than that it's a great unit and I highly recommend it

 The preheat light blinks, but it's never ready to go. In the video you can see that for more than 2:30 minutes the preheat light continues to blink, but it does not heat to use it. It is for this reason that I want to return this product and get a full refund of the money I paid for it.

This steamer heats up quick and works so fast. I’m so impatient so the fact that it’s ready to go by the time I pick out a shirt is perfect. I also always use the max setting bc why not? It does get super hot after a while but the water tank is big enough that you’re actually ready to set it down anyways. It will do a lot of shirts at once. I really like the style and look of it too. It’s super nice and feels like a quality steamer. Setup takes two seconds. I wish it had an easier way to store the cord. That would be my only complaint. Still love it.
