I got the 6/7 for our daughter and it's just a little tight in the torso and neck, in my opinion. She seemed comfortable and happy. She's 6.5 years old, average height and weight. If we get another color, I'll get the next size up.Super cute though, and I'd definitely recommend it!

This is the cutest little top for my granddaughter. It reminds me of a little butterfly. I like the ruffle winged sleeves. It's a crop top so it's short. The tie is the front can simply be knotted so that you can fix it and forget it. The material is mostly cotton so it will shrink a bit. I sized up to allow for that. It's pretty in pink and good for the summer with a mini skirt.

The material of this shirt is a buttery soft knit which will appease any young girl who doesn't like scratchy clothes. The ruffle detail around the arms makes this shirt much dressier than you would initially think. It is the perfect length, coming down to the bottom of the waist for the tie area. On a 6 to 8 year old little girl you don't need to be showing a lot of belly skin. Fits according to size and approved by a fairly picky little 6-year old!
