Company said SIM card was compatible. I activated card and left on my trip and get an email saying my phone wasn't compatible after all. Apparently, I needed another EMEI #. I couldn't use my phone while in the USA. I still have an unactivated card that I want to return for refund.

Buyer beware this worked for 3 hours in North Dakota and not at all in South Dakota. It locked my phone down completely in South Dakota. Locals told me T-mobile doesn't exist there. The support line connected to your choice of two Puerto Rico numbers which both instantly drop your call. Then I put my home Sim card in still no call ability. Quickly took10 minutes to purchase best travel package with my home provider. Who then locked my phone down claiming I had amassed large sums of roaming while, I assume, I was on T-mobile. 5 hrs later I had minimal text and data from home provider but no call ability. The next day my phone tried to download Hugh amounts of y-tube videos while my top-tier anti-virus software says I was not infected. Made for a nightmare vacation! Minus 10 rating it's a scam!

Ils disent que ca vient avec un numéro américain oui c est vrai mais on reçoit le numéro à l activation et non a l enregistrement alors je suis decu car avec les banque et les carte de credit il envoye un code l acces par sms alors quand je vais recevoir mon numéro de téléphone jvais etre sur la route j aurais aimer la recevoir au moins une journée d avance

En recibir producto el día 20 y me puse a configurarlo en mi móvil, me indicaban que un día antes de la fecha elegida de activación recibiría un correo con las instrucciones de configuración y activación. en mi caso el día elegido fue el 29 de junio. el día 28 no recibí ningún correo, ante esto les reclamé y me escribieron indicándome que recibía el correo de configuración de durante el día 29. Estamos a 30 de junio en el destino y aún no he recibido ni correo de configuración, ni contestan a los correos que les envío para que resuelvan la incidencia. Estoy defraudado y me siento engañado con el producto. Exijo solución al problema y devolución por el producto por incumplimiento del mismo

Es war überhaupt kein Problem mit dieser Sim Card.😊. Alle Infos dazu bekommtt man per Email zugesendet. Ich habe am Tag der Aktivierung diese Sim Card in das 2. Steckfach meines Smartphones eingelegt, meine Hauptsim ausgeschaltet. Alles andere ergibt sich aus den Einstellungsmöglichkeiten, die das eigene Handy hat. Telefonieren, WhatsApp - Nachricht und Videos schicken ging ohne Probleme. Für die USA jederzeit zu empfehlen, wenn das eigene Smartphone den Steckplatz dafür hat 👍
