When I pulled it out there was a pile of loose toner near the area of the black lines. I cleaned the printer and put in the second cartridge from the two pack. It is printing fine so far. I tried calling the customer service number for GABRCAIER12. A machine answered and said no customer service techs were available and disconnected me. Now I have half of a 2-pack toner I cannot return. The price was great but if this second one fails it was not a value. We will see.
