So, the most recent windows update April 22, 2024, will corrupt your keyboard driver. You will need to connect a USB keyboard or use the accessibility on screen keyboard to type in "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" in the admin terminal(right click windows/start button on your desktop). And wait 20 minutes, then shutdown your computer, wait 2 minutes then turn it on to restore functionality.

Love the laptop, but windows 11 likes to mess with non-name brand tech.
