I love this little printer for my home office. I don’t have a lot of counter space & I don’t need to do a lot of printing so it’s perfect for me.
The app was a little confusing to use at first, but now that I understand, it’s super easy.

The only thing I don’t love is the cutting edge. You need to be careful when tearing the paper from the roll because it will easily rip away from the intended line.

This printer was a huge pain to try and work with. It is not an AirPrint printer so take that off the table. If you want to print from your phone, you need to download their app which is difficult to work with. Printer wouldn’t connect to my computer using the USB cable, so to print something from my computer I would have to save a PDF and email it to myself. Also, only A4 size paper and not letter size. Terrible printer.

So far it works but what I have an issue with the app. I have a resume in a font format in MS Words then when I pass it through the app it changes the font. I converted the resume to pdf and it change it to something else. It is like this has a default font that you are stuck using.

I will try to use the PC and see if it also messes up the fonts. Can it be an issue that will cause me to return it? I hope I can change the fonts because I might have to return it and get an other brand, T200M doesn't have this issue but their paper is 10 dollars more.

The picture shows the darker one in the back is the font on this machine and the one in the front is from the T200M and it look exactly like the original. So with that said... let's add some features to the app or fix this because it will cause my prints to become of bad quality. I like my fonts to be exactly what I need them to be.
