I’ve used USB battery banks over the years with mixed results and this is the first that I have tried from UGREEN. I have tried other products from them and found them to be good quality and good value, so I was interested to see how this battery bank turned out. I can say that it meets my expectations.There isn’t much that comes with this battery bank. In the package, you get the battery bank, a USB-A to USB-C cable (about 18 inches long), and a couple little booklets (user’s manual and user instruction). The power bank is a smooth plastic and has a little LED screen to show the percentage of charge left. There is a button on one side that will turn on the display to show the charge, but if the unit is charging itself or something else, the display will just be on. When charging itself, the last digit of the display will flash indicating that it is charging. There are three ports on the battery bank, two USB-A ports to charge devices (outputs) and a USB-C port to charge itself (input) or charge something else (output) – meaning the USB-C port can function as both an input and output.For those that look for it, or those that are required to have it, this device is not labeled with an OSHA NRTL marking. The label does provide all the rated capabilities of this unit and markings indicating some level of testing or conformance (i.e., CE, EAC, FCC, etc.).The rated output and capacity of this power bank is pretty spot on and did everything as advertised. It is nice to see a manufacturer provide some honest ratings. The case, while seeming a bit cheap, is actually pretty nice and I can attest that it will survive a drop test onto a hard surface from a relatively short distance. The included cable is good and feels quality (both the texture and the engagement of the connectors when plugged in or unplugged).While this power bank does feel a little bulky and heavy, for being 20,000 mAh, it is all to be expected and actually not too bad. I think the profile works well. I could do with a few LEDs to indicate charge status, but the little LED screen is a nice touch. The only think it could possibly be missing is a bag to store it in with its included cable. Given the value of this product through, I can forgo a bag or case and accept it just as it is.

My Mophie turned into a balloon and split it's case so I went looking for a replacement and landed on this UGreen Power bank.
I use this on the go to charge Samsung phones, Android tablets, Apple phones and tablets, as well as charging some cameras and batteries for those cameras when I do not have another power option.

The 20000mah Battery Capicity
I like the digital charge gauge vers the 4 or five dots on most other banks.
I like that it has USB-C PD out of up to 20 watts for devices.
It also still has Standard USB ports with up to 22.5 watts
