This notebook is exactly what we were looking for. Purchased on May 18th, it arrived safely on May 20th, nicely and securely packaged. Included in the box was a mouse pad, a 2.4G wireless mouse and a USB flash drive.It is the perfect laptop for our needs. Windows 11 is already installed as is the latest version of Microsoft Office 2019 so basically no set-up needed.In addition to Microsoft Edge, apps such as PowerPoint and Excel are already set for use on the desktop as are many other apps (picture attached).The 14" screen is a perfect size, is bright and easy on the eyes as the colours are vibrant. This notebook literally takes only 15-20 seconds to boot up so definitely much faster than our previous laptop..... that makes us extremely happy. Love the keyboard..... very light touch and keys are just the right size.Unsure about the games that are available because we aren't really in to games.To be honest, we were very apprehensive about purchasing a notebook with a manufacturer name that was unknown to us, however, this notebook has exceeded our expectations, has swift performance and so far, has performed very well. Unsure about the games that are available because we aren't really in to games.

It worked perfectly when I first got it. It’s been a month now and I’ll I’ve been using it for is Facebook and YouTube. But the mouse is starting to click and drag randomly and moving by itself. And somehow the touchpad is now in reverse, right click is now left. Click and left. Click is now right click. I don’t know what to do about, but I would not recommend your product to anyone else.

 It is a bit slow but that is what you get for less than $300CAD, it was already set up which for some would be conventional but for me it was not convenient, I'll be using it for mainly browser stuff and it will work for my needs

The laptop was already setup with a BAD version of Windows 11. Thankfully Amazon handled it for me

the facts: after one day in use, screen turned Blue-death. Upon reboot, auto repair failed to complete. repeated several times, no avail.
several rescue bootable USBs deployed, including the one provided by manufacturer, no luck at all.
BIOS cannot detect the presence of SSD.
my past experience tells me that the faulty SSD or/and loose hardware connection are the suspected culprit.
Return for Refund.
Prompt action of Amazon is greatly appreciated. Refund is credited within 72 hours.
