I just started using the phone since last couple of days hence not able to give a comprehensive review.
What I like:
Look, Battery, camera, compact size, build quality, connectivity, sound quality, fast charging etc.
What I dislike:
1) For me the weight is bit more as I was using Vivo V20 which weighed only around 160 gms against this one weighs 196 gms.
2) Frame: strong aluminium frame but I was under the impression that I will get shiny steel type instead of all black frame. I was not aware this when opted for black colour phone.
3) No user manual or any such guide available with the pack. Wrote to Xiaomi grievience cell but seems they too cannot help in this matter. There are plenty of new features in the phone but how do one get to know without proper guidance?
4) Camera: Though super camera but it projects out more than what other phones have. Feeling little inconvenience while putting it in the shirt pocket.

- Why Mi Screen Protect: This Mi Screen protection plan provides coverage which includes screen replacement due to any kind of accidental breakage or damage on the handset.
- This plan Coverage begins when the Customer purchase the Plan for his Mobile Phone (“Device”) and ends on completion of one year from the date of purchase of the Plan (“Plan Term”). We use genuine spare parts & repairs carried out through Mi Authorized service centres.

Very few customisation options for a flagship
Everything is good but the user interface is pretty old and boring.They haven't done a single efforts to improve the customisation options. They did a pretty good job at lock screen customisation but didn't do a single thing for home screen customisation. No good widgets even the options that are available for lock screen is not included in home screen check the attached images. Home screen still looks like redmi 3 series.That is pretty bad in my case. I have searched in Google for any options but the themes which are avilable for other hyper os devices which supports good home screen customisation via theme store but MI14 as of now doesn't support those. If I searched those themes in theme store it won't appear. Since it is a flagship that was a terrible effect.I don't have any complaints on other features everything good. But everytime I open the home screen getting disappointed. I hope that you will provide some customisation in the following updates.

The phone comes with SD8gen3, which is the most powerful processor available now. The Antutu benchmark scores are around 1.9M. The camera takes decent pictures and comes with AI features. The only con in this phone is the low capacity battery, which gives an average battery life of 8-9hrs with casual usage. The handset comes with a 120W fast charger, but the phone can be charged at only 90W, which would charge your phone to 100% in 35-40 minutes. Since the form factor of the phone is compact it is comfortable to hold in your hand. Xiaomi could have priced it bit aggressively though.
