There was an issue with the bootloader being unlocked when the phone arrived so I had to go through Google customer service for help and they said the phone was not to be used, as the security had been compromised. Google kindly dealt with the issue but it delayed being able to use the phone which was very unsatisfactory.

I have come from a galaxy s22 ultra, so on paper, I should feel like I've lost out somewhere with the pixel 8, especially in the camera department but all is good.
The phone doesn't seem to perform any differently (at least not to me) The screen is lovely and bright and works well for streaming. Size is good for my child size hands and the clean android is actually quite refreshing for a change.
Camera is better than I was expecting given the specs, especially at this price point.
I'm not a gamer, so cannot comment.
This phone is great for its software, screen and camera and I would absolutely recommend it.

Quedé muy contenta con el celular. La calidad de la pantalla es bastante buena. Las fotografías y vídeos te sorprenden. Amanzon te da el mes de garantía y viene liberado para cualquier compañía telefónica. La única observación podría ser: hay que cargarlo con el cubo de la misma marca directo a corriente para que no se caliente. Seré sincera, los de equipo manzana me hacen observación muy positivas de la calidad de mi dispositivo. Realmente vale la pena. Y efectivamente tiene actualizaciones por 7 años consecutivos y entre ellas está la versión escritorio vía cable.

La verdad es un excelente equipo, la batería seguido dura más o menos 5 hrs aprox con reproducción de video continua. Tiene distintas implementaciones de inteligencia artificial que son de mucha utilidad. La cámara es excelente, muy buena calidad de fotos y el vídeo también. Y para procesar juegos o algo muy pesado al menos en mi caso me permitió usar los gráficos al máximo a 120 fps. La verdad la carga rápida se me hace muy mala, solo permite 20 w y en carga inalámbrica me parece que 15 o 20 w.Es un excelente equipo si queremos algo sencillo y de gama alta.

El celular es bonito, tiene una excelente fluidez en su utilización. Por desgracia, la señal del teléfono es muy mala. No podía utilizar la red de datos (movistar) y estuve más de una hora sin señal. Cambié el chip a mi antiguo teléfono y de inmediato se pudo conectar a la red. Este problema además impacta a la batería, pues al estar intentando conectarse a la red consume mucha energía.
Buscando otras reseñas y comentarios en foros de internet me di cuenta que no era el único con este problema y los fabricantes están al tanto del problema pero no tienen una solución real.
Fue una pena tener que devolver este teléfono por este detalle
