Totally annoyed with the first set of pods. Didn’t work, scratches on the case and earphones. Went through customer service for replacement. I asked if a refurbished set was sent out but no reply.However, replacement come and wow what a difference. Box was sealed, and clean and pods work. Easy to set up works well with my iPhone so I’m happy as this is my first set of Apple earphones. But would have got 5 stars if I didn’t get sent out a pair that’s wrong or faulty.

I've been using the AirPods Pro 2 for a few weeks now, and I'm blown away by the improvements Apple has made. As a long-time AirPods fan, I was excited to see what the new Pro 2 model had to offer, and I can confidently say that it's a game-changer.
First and foremost, the sound quality is phenomenal. The new drivers deliver a richer, more detailed sound with improved bass response. The spatial audio feature is also incredibly impressive, allowing me to pinpoint the source of sounds in my music and videos with uncanny accuracy.
But it's not just the sound quality that's improved - the noise cancellation is also significantly better. The Pro 2 model uses a new adaptive noise cancellation system that can detect and adjust to different types of noise in real-time, making it much more effective at blocking out distractions.
One of the biggest surprises for me was the battery life. Apple claims that the Pro 2 model has up to 5 hours of listening time on a single charge, but in my experience, I've gotten even longer battery life. I've easily gotten through a full day of listening without needing to recharge, and I love that the charging case can give me an extra 24 hours of battery life on the go.
The design is also a major improvement over the original AirPods Pro. The new earbuds are more comfortable and fit more securely in my ears, thanks to a new silicone tip design. The charging case is also more compact and easy to carry around.
Finally, the new features like active noise cancellation and spatial audio are incredibly useful. The ability to customize my noise cancellation settings and adjust the sound to my liking is a major plus.
Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with the AirPods Pro 2. If you're an audiophile or just looking for a reliable and convenient pair of wireless earbuds, these are definitely worth considering. They're not cheap, but they're worth every penny.

I’ve used over ears or headphones for nearly 20 years because I’ve never been able to live with in ear buds. My left ear canal is very small and oddly shaped so earbuds fall out constantly.

These are the first in ear buds that I’ve been able to use without falling out.

The sound is good. There’s always a bit of a drawback because the small speakers are what they are and no amount of trickery can overcome physics, but for general day to day listening these are good enough. If I want the best audio experience I’m using my home studio anyway over any ear or headphone.

The built in mode options with the iPhone mean you can set up noise cancelling or adaptive audio to suit, and change modes on the phone or using the pods themselves.

I got 8 hours out of them in a trans Atlantic flight in noise cancelling mode which is pretty good. And they charge quickly in their case.

Had no issues with connecting them to either my iPhone or iPad and their small size in the case makes them very easy to carry around especially vs a headphone.

Obviously they are not cheap. A cheaper product sound wise will probably be as good. But the fact I finally found a in ear bud I can use means this still gets full marks from me.
