Item arrived very quickly. Cheaper from Amazon than Sum Up direct. I had already loaded the Sum Up app. When trying to set it up, a message appeared on the reader screen saying that there were technical difficulties. I waited a very long time to get through to Sum Up customer services. They asked me to send the reader to them for investigation. No offer to pay the postage. Also, I would be without a reader for how long? I expected them to send me a replacement immediately, and pay the return postage on my faulty one. No chance. I contacted Amazon to return the reader as not fit for purpose. Amazon were great, and sent me a barcode to return the reader at their cost. I did not even need to go to the Post Office, it was collected from my home by Royal Mail! Refund to my card in less than 2 days. Zero points to Sum Up, 10 out of 10 to Amazon.

I've been using the SumUp Solo & Printer Bundle for a few months now, and I'm really happy with it. It's a great way to accept contactless payments for my small business. The card reader is easy to set up and use, and the printer is fast and reliable. I also appreciate that I get a free SIM card and unlimited mobile data, so I don't have to worry about running out of data when I'm out and about.
