I've not used any Kinetica products in a while, I did go through a period of using their protein but since then have moved around. When I saw the chance to review this creatine I went for it.Kinetica's creatine on offer is creapure, which is still creatine monohydrate it's just that this is made in Germany. The benefit of Kinetica using creapure is that you know it's pure and you know exactly where it comes from, whereas cheaper offerings don't go into detail of where your creatine is manufactured.This is a good quality creatine, it's very smooth and mixes well. There is a slight grittiness but compared to some other creatine's I've had its very minimal.There is a few different methods on how to take creatine such as a load phase etc.. but the container doesn't go into ilany detail on that. So if you are after that information you will need to look it up.Overall for 500g creatine it is a tad expensive considering you can search for 500g creatine on Amazon and find it for under a tenner but it is good quality and you know exactly what you'll get.

I have tried creatine before and it always gave me a head ache . I drank lots of fluids but this never helped . I ended up discarding the various brands . As I get older and train with my weights etc I realised that I needed as much help as possible to keep up my strength level and to recover as quickly as possible from each work out . I thought that I would have one final attempt and purchased Kineteca creatine . I have to say that in the short time that I have been using it I have suffered no ill effects . I also feel much stronger . It maybe because the serving size is 3.4 grams but I feel it perhaps just a better quality product than I have used previously . It really does the job and I am very pleased. I think that it offers great value considering both the quality and the amount of time it will last . I shall continue to buy from them and I also use their protein powder too . I would recommend to anyone wanting a creatine powder that truly works .

This is my second tub of creatine; i thought the first time this was just a mistake- surely they haven’t made a creatine that doesn’t mix it all. Bought again and; they have! It’s like drinking sand at the end. All the creatine goes straight to the bottom and sits. So your last few sips is just all the creatine. Weird.
