Spoiler Alert: This interview contains spoilers for “Napkins,” the sixth episode of “The Bear” Season 3.
Between “Honeydew” and “Forks,” Season 2 of “The Bear” was at its best when it focused on its supporting characters, diving into the inner lives of Marcus (Lionel Boyce) and Richie (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) in ways that enhanced the world of the show as a whole. The same is true of Season 3, which takes a pause from the stress of trying to keep the restaurant open to go back in time and spotlight a foundational member of the kitchen staff: Tina.

Now he’s ready to show the world how a glorious, professionally prepared meal actually gets pulled off, without the assistance of swap-outs, food stylists, clean-up crews, and well-timed camera cuts to make it all look seamless.
Dinner Time Live with David Changairs weekly every Tuesday at 4 p.m. Pst, offering audiences the chance to observe a VIP cooking experience as it unfolds in real time — and all the mishaps, problem-solving, and cocktail-fueled conversations that go along with it. Below, Chang shares the recipes and ideas from the live show in his own words with Tudum — feel free to put your own spin on things as you cook. (But definitely don’t forget about dessert.)

Kendall is still in the running to win Love Island USA Season 6, and a legion of fans are not happy about it. After what went down at Casa Amor, Kendall has found himself on the wrong side of the Season 6 fandom. The way he’s handled the Serena and Kordell drama when Daia entered the picture has not been received well. After Kordell and Daia hit it off at Casa Amor, despite his coupling with Serena, Kendall encouraged Kordell to explore a connection with Daia and leave Serena behind. Kendall didn’t stop there. One moment he was speaking negatively about Serena to Kordell, and the next he was trying to be all buddy-buddy with Serena. This behavior has not gone unnoticed, and fans want to see Kendall out of the villa. Some have made it their mission for him not to win. He’s currently coupled up with Nicole,...

By the time I got to work with William Keck at TV Guide Magazine, his tabloid days were long behind him. Sort of. Always with a twinkle in his eye, Keck still knew a good story when he found one — even if it caused a bit of a stir with celebrities or (more likely) the publicists employed to shield them from dogged reporters like him.
At TV Guide, I got to watch first-hand as Keck dug into the on-set turmoil during the final seasons of “Desperate Housewives” and create some ire with his own eyewitness accounts. And then there was...

The “naughty nymphos” of Too Hot to Handle are in for a rude awakening — several, actually — as the Netflix competition series returns to paradise for Season 6.
For starters, the fresh crop of sexy singles “know exactly what they’re signing up for” this time around, meaning they won’t (pretend to) be shocked when Lana announces that hanky panky of any sort is strictly forbidden. And after five seasons, not to mention several international offshoots, it’s about time.

It sounds like fans should expect to see more of Meredith Grey in Grey’s Anatomy Season 21. Ellen Pompeo will appear in at least seven episodes, according to Deadline. The outlet also reports that she could appear in up to 14 episodes—and that’s near the number of other series regulars, given the budget cuts for Season 21. (Cast members won’t be appearing in every episode.) The season is expected to be 18 episodes in total. It was in Season 19 that Pompeo began appearing in fewer episodes, which continued the following year. She has, however, continued to narrate the series and is still an executive producer on the show. As Pompeo’s presence has been reduced on Grey’s, she has worked on other shows, including Natalia, a new Hulu limited series inspired by the true story of Natalia Grace and the Midwestern couple who adopted her believing she was a little girl with dwarfism.

Ellen Pompeo will be on the upcoming season of “Grey’s Anatomy” more than fans might have imagined.
Pompeo will appear on at least 7 of the upcoming season’s 18 episodes, Variety has confirmed. This comes after her character Meredith Grey was given an emotional send-off in Season 19, and despite appearing in 10 episodes in Season 20, her presence in future episodes was uncertain.
Variety‘s Kate Aurthur paid tribute to both Meredith and Pompeo in a story written about the send-off episode.

Did Gabriela (Stephanie Arcila) say “I do” to Diego (Rafael de la Fuente)? That’s one of the questions Fire Country left fans with at the end of Season 2, and with the fall season just a couple of months away, we’re looking ahead to the returns of our favorite shows, including the firefighter drama on CBS. At the start of Season 2, Gabriela seemed happy with Diego and excited about their future together. But since the beginning of the series, there have been sparks (that have sometimes ignited) between Bode (Max Thieriot) and Gabriela. But just as it seemed like the two might have a real future together near the end of Season 1, Bode, at his parole hearing, shocked everyone by taking responsibility for drugs at the Three Rock fire camp and getting himself sent back to prison (to help a friend whose release was being held up by the...

Is Skydance Media the forward-looking entity that Paramount Global needs right now to save the company?
Ending months of M&a drama, Paramount Global and Skydance Media, David Ellison’s smaller media and production company, on Sunday announced a two-part transaction that will result in Skydance buying out Shari Redstone’s National Amusements Inc. and then merging with Paramount — to form what the Skydance team for now is calling “New Paramount.” About $6 billion of the money to fund the deal is coming from the family of Oracle founder Larry Ellison (David’s father), with about $2 billion from Gerry Cardinale’s RedBird Capital Partners private-equity investment firm.

Star Trek fans may have said goodbye to two of the Paramount+ series in the franchise in the last two years (Picard in 2023, Discovery in 2024), but there are new additions still to come. One of them is Starfleet Academy, first said to be in development in February 2022. Just over a year later, it was announced that Paramount+ had picked it up to series (in March 2023). “Admission is now open to Starfleet Academy! Explore the galaxy! Captain your destiny! For the first time in over a century, our campus will be re-opened to admit individuals a minimum of 16 Earth years (or species equivalent) who dream of exceeding their physical, mental and spiritual limits, who value friendship, camaraderie, honor and devotion to a cause greater than themselves. The coursework will be rigorous, the instructors among the brightest lights in their respective fields, and those accepted will live and study side-by-side with the...

Gypsy Rose Blanchard is going to be a mom! Blanchard announced on July 9 that she is pregnant with her first child. The Gypsy Rose: Life After Lockup star shared a video on her YouTube Channel titled “I’m Pregnant, My Journey So Far.” “I know the rumors have been flying around for quite some time now, and I’m happy to announce that I am 11 weeks pregnant,” she said. Blanchard is expecting her first child with boyfriend Ken Urker, and their baby is due January 2025. “This was not planned at all. The machines have taken over — the Big Brother house, at least. On Tuesday, CBS revealed the theme for the upcoming 26th season of the hit reality competition series: artificial intelligence. That’s right; this year’s crop of contestants will compete with each other and whatever twists the bots (“Bb Artificial Intelligence” or “Bb AI”) have in store for them. Big Brother executive producers Allison Grodner and Rich Meehan said in a statement, “From summer camp to tech to the multiverse, Big Brother loves to put a twist on topic and pop culture themes. This summer’s ‘Bb AI’ theme promises to bring the fun, the comedy, and the unexpected gameplay that is a hallmark of Big Brother.” Fittingly, each of the rooms in the house was designed by AI using certain prompts. TV Insider has the exclusive first look at the Head of Household room, which was created with the prompt,...

Before there were “nepo babies,” there were Claim to Famers. ABC‘s Claim to Fame connected members of Hollywood’s elite to their not-quite-starry relatives five months before Vulture‘s viral December 2022 story created a storm of internet chatter about “nepo babies.” Now in its third season, this competition series has carved out a unique spot onscreen for people we’ve never heard of before with surprising relationships to folks you definitely know. (Season 2 featured contestants with connections to Tom Hanks, Alicia Keys, and Jimmy Carter.) Claim to Fame is hosted by the Jonas Brothers’ eldest member, Kevin Jonas, and his youngest bro Franklin — the only sibling who wasn’t in the Grammy-nominated family pop band. And that’s exactly the kind of person who this game show spotlights: the ordinary folks on the family trees of A-listers, who are ready for their own moment — and a shot at winning the $100,000 prize.

Joy Behar wasn’t present on Monday’s edition of The View to weigh in on the continued contentious discussions about Joe Biden’s fitness to run for a second term as president, but she came in with some fire in the first “Hot Topics” segment on Tuesday (July 9). After Whoopi Goldberg introduced clips of some of the late-night coverage of the continued post-debate conversation about some Democrats wanting the incumbent to step down before the DNC convention, Behar said her fervent piece. “I wasn’t here yesterday, so I was watching television all week, and I’m a little tired of all the Biden bashing that’s going on. The television veteran — he’s a longtime writer and producer of “Family Guy” and did the same on “Will & Grace,” “Vicious” and “The Prince” — chronicles his own travel in his new and third collection of essays, “We Are Experiencing a Slight Delay.”

“Flip flops should only be worn by the pool,” says Janetti, who has also gained a fandom for his witty captions on Instagram. “I don’t need to see your feet on a plane.
