I upgraded my 2021 MacBook Pro (M1 Pro) to macOS 13 Ventura yesterday. When I launched VoodooPad for the first time this morning, I got an error message that the application was "damaged" and couldn't be opened. I re-downloaded 5.40 from the website and reinstalled, and it's opened fine. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues?

Hi! I'm having the same problem. I purchased my license over 10 years ago and cannot find the registration number now. Any pointers on how to find that would be super helpful - my entire graduate school and business is on my voodoo pad and it would be a tragedy to lose it.

If you've lost your license key you can use the "Retrieve License" page to find it:

I've tried retrieving the license through the provided link and my email address isn't recognized. I have tried every email address I've ever used and none of them are recognized. I purchased this app through the itunes store and I have proof of purchase. They do not list a license or registration number on their side of things. How can we resolve this if I can prove I purchased it?

If you purchased VoodooPad on the Mac App Store you do not need a license key. Instead, you can download VoodooPad through the Mac App Store application: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/guide/app-store/fir0fb69db23/mac
